It's time for another "biopic" about a music icon so all the grifters attached to their creations can get that moolahhh. This time, its Michael Jackson's turn, appropriately named "Michael". This movie is likely the most polarizing of the music icon biopics so far, considering the fact that the public is still pretty split on just how much of a predator Michael really was. Of course, this movie wants you to buy into the hype so it (and by extension our review) are going to pretend none of that stuff happened. Anyway, here's Michael.

As much as we'd all really love the Charlie Games to be some horrifying Hunger Games ordeal, it is instead much less interesting than that (Parking Lot Pitch????). The Parking Lot boys often do an episode where Kevin talks about his recent video game experiences, so this time Charlie has decided to talk about a few video games he's been playing lately and his feelings on how they represent the video game industry at the time. Some games he uses as examples of the modern industry are Jurassic World Evolution 3, Civilization 7, and Baldur's Gate 3. Well. We're here again. Once more, Illumination comes in swinging this time with Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Charlie and Kevin weren't exactly fans of the first and had no reason to believe the sequel would be any different. It's been a while since we've done an episode featuring two movies we feel accurately capture the highs and absolute lows of cinema in their genre. These two happen to be in the same "series" even, 1999's She's All That and the 2020's reboot He's All That are so wildly different in quality its honestly startling. Listen in as we talk about both movies and their respective... qualities. We also reeeeally wanted to put Kiss Me by Sixpence None The Richer in the opening for this episode but couldn't clear it with our legal team in time. Maybe one day.

For the last few years, Kevin and Charlie *and Chris starting with '24* have done an episode detailing their Top 10 movies of the year. They aren't ranking them in any order other than that these movies are definitively THE BEST. They then go on to talk about all the other movies released that year that they saw. The Top 10 of 2024 was a highlight episode for us, running at about 4 and a half hours, so we were all excited to do 2025's. Maybe a little too excited... This is *at the time of it's release* our longest episode. Enjoy the next 7 hours and 49 minutes of your lives!
